Our Dancers

Ashorina is one of the founders of Safire Belly Dancers. She is of 100% Middle Eastern descent and passionate about reflecting the art form in an authentic, elegant manner. Ashorina has performed all over the world, including France, Germany, Argentina and Ukraine. She is an aficionado of all forms of dance and studies ballet, jazz and contemporary on a weekly basis.

Ashorina's dance teachers include Jessica Wolfum of the prestigious River North Dance Company, as well as famous Egyptian dancers Randa Kamel and Fifi Abdou. She has studied with many artists including Anna Borisova of Russia, Cinzia Purificato of Italy, Azad Kaan of Turkey, Shahrzad of USA, and Paula Leal, Saida Helou and David Abraham of Argentina. Ashorina is also a teacher of belly dance.
